Services Provided<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ladybug-Life Coaching, LLC provides 1:1 life coaching services designed for personal growth, goal setting, mindset development, and accountability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coaching services are educational and supportive in nature and are not therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By engaging in services, you acknowledge and agree that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Results are not guaranteed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, you should seek licensed medical or psychological care immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. No Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All sales are final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ladybug-Life Coaching, LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy for all 1:1 coaching services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds will be issued for early termination of services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No chargebacks or payment disputes will be initiated after purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you fail to attend a scheduled session without required notice (if applicable), the session may be forfeited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Scheduling &amp; Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation or rescheduling policies (such as required notice period) will be communicated at booking.
