By engaging in services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
  • You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
  • Results are not guaranteed.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, you should seek licensed medical or psychological care immediately.

3. Payment Terms

All coaching services must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of scheduled services.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Ladybug-Life Coaching, LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy for all 1:1 coaching services.

By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
  • No refunds will be issued for early termination of services.
  • No chargebacks or payment disputes will be initiated after purchase.

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without required notice (if applicable), the session may be forfeited.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.

Cancellation or rescheduling policies (such as required notice period) will be communicated at booking. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the session.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including but not limited to coaching materials, worksheets, PDFs, videos, branding, logos, and written content—is the exclusive property of Ladybug-Life Coaching, LLC and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws.

Materials are provided for individual personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, or modified without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Ladybug-Life Coaching, LLC respects client confidentiality and will not disclose personal information shared during coaching sessions except:

  • As required by law
  • If there is risk of harm to yourself or others
  • With your written consent

Clients agree not to record sessions without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

No refunds will be issued upon termination.
